You don’t need another duffel bag.

You need gear that survives being thrown in the truck, dragged across gravel, soaked through, frozen overnight, and packed again the next morning.

The Gear Trunk isn’t delicate. It’s built for the way gear actually gets treated.

Every line, seam, pocket, and material has a reason behind it. Not for showroom floors, but for parking lots, trailheads, and long days that don’t go to plan.

Why We Designed It This Way

1. 1680D TPU — because soft bags fail

Most gear bags break down the same way:
They absorb water. They tear at stress points. They fall apart when dragged, overloaded, or frozen.

So we built this with 1680D TPU.

  • Waterproof, so moisture stays contained
  • Dense and abrasion-resistant, so it doesn’t shred when it hits gravel
  • Structured enough to hold its shape under load

You can drag it. Toss it. Jam it under a sled deck. It doesn’t flinch.

Wet gear stays inside. Dry gear stays protected. And the bag itself doesn’t become the problem.

2. Compartments born from real rides

We’ve been in the trenches: loading up for multi-day rides, shifting gear trailside, crawling under trees to adjust straps. The same friction points show up every ride:

  • Helmet and headgear: Bulky, awkward, and constantly needing protection
  • Boots and muddy footwear: Must be isolated, easy to clean, and never compromise dry gear
  • Everything else: Radios, transceivers, goggles, gloves, spare parts

So we built dedicated compartments:

  • Helmet compartment: Structured and roomy enough for full-face and modular helmets
  • Boot compartment: Removable TPU liner — rinse it, wipe it, done
  • Main compartment:
    • Elastic pouches for tools, radios, avalanche gear, and essentials
    • Zippered pocket for keys, phone, and wallet
    • Protective goggle pockets
    • Open space for layers and soft goods

Every pocket exists because we asked: where does this go when you're cold, tired, and in a hurry?

3. Size options that match your mission

Not every ride looks the same.

  • 80L: Compact, efficient, no wasted space — ideal for ski/snowboard
  • 120L: Extra capacity for longer days and full gear loads — ideal for snowmobile

Choose based on how far you ride, how much gear you bring, and how much flexibility you want.

4. No wheels. On purpose.

Wheels sound good until:

  • They add weight (and cost)
  • They break in the cold
  • They clog with mud and gravel
  • They become the first failure point

We left them out intentionally.

Because this bag is built to be grabbed, hauled, or dragged without thinking twice — across parking lots, shop floors, snow, or gravel roads.

No fragile parts. No weak links. Just a shell that takes the abuse and keeps going.

Tested in the Harshest Conditions

  • Dragged over gravel and packed snow with no structural failure
  • Loaded with fully wet gear through alpine snow and rain — no leakage
  • Boot compartments filled with slush and mud — cleaned in minutes
  • Zippers and seams stress-tested in subzero cold and summer heat
  • Repeated loading and unloading without losing structure or access
